There’s once again a new top-ranked team in Division 3 in the most recent Michigan High School Hockey Coaches Association state rankings.
Making their way into the No. 1 spot in D3 was Orchard Lake St. Mary’s, who moved up two rankings after being No. 3 last week. Meanwhile, Howell (D1) and Flint Powers Catholic (D2) remained No. 1 in their respective divisions.
D1’s top five includes Howell, Detroit Catholic Central, Hartland, Utica Eisenhower and Northville.
In D2, the top five was Flint Powers Catholic, Livonia Stevenson, Grandville, Byron Center and Caledonia.
The top five in D3 included Orchard Lake St. Mary’s, Houghton, Cranbrook, Marquette and Calumet.
