Morgan Wallen returns to No. 1 on Billboard 200 after Big House shows

After his pair of performances at Ann Arbor’s Big House, Morgan Wallen is back on top of the Billboard 200, the magazine reported Sunday.

The bump in activity on Wallen’s “I’m the Problem” album is credited to the release of his new single, “Been By Now,” which is not included on the album. But his two performances in front of crowds of around 150,000 certainly didn’t hurt matters.

It’s the album’s 14th week at the top of the chart, and its first week at No. 1 since January. The album was No. 3 on last week’s chart, and has not left Billboard’s Top 10 since it was released in May 2025.

“I’m the Problem” tallied 80,000 equivalent album units, up 7% from the week prior, according to Luminate. It fended off Charli XCX’s newly released “Music, Fashion, Film,” which arrives at No. 3.

Wallen’s 2023 album “One Thing at a Time” also jumped several places on the chart, rising from No. 10 to No. 7.

Wallen’s two performances at Michigan Stadium featured a pair of special guests. He was joined by Aidan Hutchinson during his entrance into Michigan Stadium during his July 24 show, and hockey’s gold medal-winning Hughes brothers at his July 25 performance.

Rounding out the Top 10 of this week’s Billboard 200 are Olivia Rodrigo’s “you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love” (No. 2), Ella Langley’s “Dandelion” (No. 4), Noah Kahan’s “The Great Divide” (No. 5), Drake’s “ICEMAN” (No. 6), Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” (No. 8), Olivia Dean’s “The Art of Loving” (No. 9) and Noah Kahan’s “Stick Season” (No. 10).
