Michigan State football listed as long shot bet to win Big Ten in 2025

To no surprise, Michigan State football has opened as a long shot to win the Big Ten in 2025.

Odds for who will win the Big Ten Championship Game in 2025 have been released by FanDuel, and Michigan State is one of the bigger long shots. The Spartans are listed with +12000 odds to be holding up the Big Ten Championship trophy in early December.

Compared to the other Big Ten teams, Michigan State has the 12th best odds to win the league. The Spartans are right behind Minnesota at +11000 and right ahead of Wisconsin at +13000. At the top of the league is Ohio State (shocker) with +185 odds and then Penn State and Oregon at +270 odds.

Michigan State enters next season looking to snap a three-year bowl-less streak — which is the longest in the Big Ten. The Spartans open the season against Western Michigan on August 29. Kickoff for that matchup is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET.
