Michigan high school football scores: Live scoreboard for Week 4 games

The 2025 Michigan high school football season enters Week 4. We have live scores and updates throughout the state in MHSAA football.

Jared Ramsey, the Free Press’ high school sports writer, ranked the top teams after Week 3 (Super 10) in the state and the top 10 in all eight divisions, and made predictions for the biggest games in Week 4.
