Selection Sunday for the Michigan high school football playoffs is less than a week away.
The playoff fields for eight divisions of 11-player football and two divisions of 8-player football will be announced on Sunday, following the conclusion of Week 9 of the regular season. The Selection Sunday show will be streamed on the NFHS Network at 5 p.m.
The NFHS Network is the new carrier for the selection show and state championship games at Ford Field on Nov. 28 and 30. The selection show and state finals games will not be aired on FanDuel Sports Network Detroit, as they have in previous years. FDSN and the Michigan High School Athletic Association could not reach an agreement after its previous contract expired.
The selection show will be live on the NFHS website and can be acccessed via MHSAA.TV. It is free to view.
