Four new businesses are coming to Fowlerville, including a popular pizza chain

What do fresh pizzas, tobacco, car repairs and new phones have in common? They’re all coming to Fowlerville soon, in the form of Pizza Hut, AutoZone, Verizon and Wild Bill’s Tobacco.

The businesses have been confirmed by Joe Qonja of Q Commercial Real Estate, which has partnered with Fowlerville Investments to fill the developer’s newly constructed building at 929 S. Grand Ave. in Fowlerville.

Qonja is currently working to find a tenant for the building’s final 1,600-square-foot retail space. The group is “in talks” with a food user that would be “unique” to the local retail scene, he said, but there’s no commitment yet.

Qonja confirmed to The Daily via email that all listed tenants have “signed long-term commitments.” Construction is slated for completion by the end of the summer, with tenants starting to move in over the next couple of months.

Pizza Hut, according to plans Qonja received, will likely be pick-up and delivery only.

With there are no firm opening dates, he said, developers anticipate Pizza Hut, Verizon, AutoZone and Wild Bill’s Tobacco will open by the end of fall.
