When is cherry picking season?

The season typically begins at the end of June and lasts until mid-July, depending on weather conditions.

How are the cherries looking this year?

According to Gavin Orchards in Coopersville, cherries in West Michigan were delayed in ripening due to a lack of rain and cooler weather. Crane Orchards in Fennville announced this year’s crop is light, and recommends heading out to u-pick as soon as possible.
