The business officially launched Aug. 18 following a soft opening, ownership wrote online. The restaurant specializes in ramen dishes made with all-electric equipment. It’s open for dine-in and carryout.

“It’s been almost 10 months since we closed our doors, and we’ve been working steadily behind the scenes to rebuild something even better,” the business’ website reads.

Electric Ramen was previously located at 5584 E. Grand River Ave. in Genoa Township. It closed in November following drop ceiling issues during a roof replacement project, owner Mark Skelton previously told The Daily.

That location, which also housed the former Middletown Market, is now Colasanti’s Express.

The menu at Electric Ramen includes potstickers, edamame, wakame seaweed salad, a bahn mi sandwich, and ramen bowls themed for blackened tiger shrimp, rotisserie chicken, teriyaki wild mushroom, maple leaf farm duck and more.
