The surveying is over and 201 employers have been named Michigan Top Workplaces for 2025.
Any organization with 50 or more employees in the state was eligible to participate in the program that identifies top places to work through a workplace culture survey.
The survey was administered by employee survey company Energage, which partnered for the 18th year with the Detroit Free Press to determine winners in Michigan.
Beginning this year, employers were grouped by the overall size of their organization, and the number of employees invited to survey, which might include employees outside Michigan. Employers were grouped into similar sizes to best compare similar employee experiences. They were then ranked within those groups based on the strength of the survey feedback.
