Port Huron, MI – Lake Huron Medical Center (LHMC) is proud to recognize Chase McKenzie, a Student Radiologic Technologist in the Radiology Department, as its latest WOW Employee of the Month.
Chase joined Lake Huron Medical Center on January 7, 2025, and has already made a meaningful impression on both patients and staff. He was nominated by a patient who took the time to highlight the exceptional care and professionalism he demonstrated during their visit.
The patient shared: “This was the nicest young man in X-ray. He was not patronizing or condescending. He was so professional, kind and exceptional. He even tried to walk me to my care, such a wonderful young man. Please recognize him.”
This nomination reflects Chase’s compassionate approach, respectful communication, and natural commitment to patient-centered care – qualities that align with Lake Huron Medical Center’s mission and values.
