The St. Clair County Health Department (SCCHD) is excited to introduce SCC Link, a new way to help people struggling with substance use find local support. SCC Link is a survey residents can take online that produces personalized referrals to local agencies based on how questions are answered. It’s easy to use and designed to make finding help quick and simple.
“We’re excited to bring SCC Link to the community,” said Liz King, Health Officer – Director at the St. Clair County Health Department. “With this tool, we want to make sure that anyone who needs help can find it easily.”

SCC Link represents a collaborative effort between various community organizations, all committed to addressing the challenges associated with substance use and fostering a culture of support. Substance use was identified as a priority in the latest St. Clair County Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), underscoring the importance of such partnership.
