Dr. Phil O’Halloran from Michigan’s 9th Congressional District presented a Precinct Delegate Bootcamp. With the upcoming election for Michigan Attorney General and Secretary of State, he drove home the importance of being a Delegate and getting the vacant seats filled. Dr. Phil currently practices medicine full time but it is his mission to educate and empower these local representatives. He maintains that “They are potentially the most influential and impactful force on the ground!”
