US bank First Carolina Financial Services files for US IPO

May 22 (Reuters) – U.S. bank First Carolina Financial Services filed for an initial public offering in the United States on Friday.

The Raleigh, North Carolina-based lender plans to sell new shares in the offering.

First Carolina will list on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “FCBM”.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods is the sole bookrunner for the offering, with Raymond James and Hovde Group acting as co-managers.
