Munich Re to acquire US cyber insurance provider At-Bay for $575 million

BERLIN, Aug 19 (Reuters) – Munich Re will acquire the U.S.-based cyber insurance provider At-Bay at an enterprise value of $575 million, with the deal expected to close in the first quarter of next year, the German insurance group said Wednesday.
