Morgan Stanley’s EquityZen unit cuts transaction fees for investors, shareholders

Feb 19 (Reuters) – Morgan Stanley’s wealth management arm said on Thursday that EquityZen has reduced transaction fees for both investors and shareholders on its marketplace.

The lower fees take effect immediately, the bank said, cutting down buy and sell side fees to 2.5% from an earlier 5%.

The investment banking giant closed the acquisition of its private shares platform EquityZen in January.
