(Lexington, MI – February 1, 2024) – Volunteering at a music festival is about having fun and giving back, and we need your help to make Thumbfest, held on August 31 this year, another great day of music, dance, and community! Join the Thumbfest team and be a part of the magic that makes the festival happen. We are looking for passionate volunteers who want to be a part of the excitement and community of this amazing festival.
The Thumbfest committee will begin work soon to plan for the festival, which is just over 200 days away. If you love live music, giving back to the community, having fun and smiling, then you’re qualified to join our team!

The Blue Water Folk Society’s mission is to promote acoustic music in the Thumb of Michigan. Thumbfest will be held on August 31, 2024. Thumbfest is an all-day, outdoor music festival with stages at Tierney Park and throughout the streets of downtown Lexington. The festival is free but donations are gratefully accepted.
