The Indiana Fever (19-11) try to bounce back from a loss when the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces (21-9) visit. The Fever defeated the Aces twice in July.
Indiana has three of the league’s top 15 scorers Kelsey Mitchell (24.0 points, second) Caitlin Clark (21.5, third) and Aliyah Boston (16.9, 15th). The Fever have scored at least 100 points in six consecutive games, winning five before a recent 108-100 loss to the league-leading Minnesota Lynx.
The Aces’ A’ja Wilson, who has won league MVP four times in the past six years, is the top scorer (26.6), backed by Jackie Young (17.8). Las Vegas has won three of its past four games.
Clark has won two straight Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors; Wilson won in the West for the third time this season.
