3 To Do: ‘Of a Feather’ at Arts Bonita; ‘Underwater World’ on Marco

1. SATURDAY: ‘Of a Feather’ at Arts Bonita

After more than a decade of solo careers, Kelly Hunt and Sara Morgan have joined forces as “Of a Feather,” an Americana duo blending haunting harmonies, bold songwriting, Southern rock, country, folk, and roots music.

What began as a collaboration between friends has grown into a compelling partnership defined by strong chemistry and a sound that feels both timeless and current.

Together, their first co-written singles, “Wild Cotton” and “No Man’s Land,” showcase soaring harmonies, heartfelt lyrics, and evocative musicianship. On stage, Of a Feather delivers an intimate, engaging performance rooted in authenticity, exceptional musicianship, and songs that linger long after the final note.

Tickets: $25 to $35. At 7:30 p.m., Saturday, August 8, 2026; Performing Arts Center, 10150 Bonita Beach Road, Bonita Springs.

2. STARTS FRIDAY: ‘Bucket Sale’ across Southwest Florida

Sunshine Ace Hardware across Southwest Florida are hosting a three-day Miracle Bucket Sale to raise money for Children’s Miracle Network.

From Aug. 7-9, customers can donate $5 or more in exchange for a specially marked five-gallon Ace Hardware bucket to use as a shopping basket, earning a 20% discount on nearly everything they can fit inside. In 2025, local customers contributed $5,870 during the campaign to support pediatric health care in the region.

3. ON DISPLAY NOW: ‘Underwater World’ exhibit on Marco

The Marco Island Historical Society presents “Underwater World: The Beauty Beneath,” an exhibit featuring oil paintings by Inez Hudson.

The exhibit will be at the Marco Island Historical Museum through Oct. 31.

The Marco Island Historical Museum is located at 180 S. Heathwood Drive. The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Admission is free and the site is fully ADA compliant and accessible to all visitors.
