An influencer and model was arrested this week on charges she stole thousands of dollars’ worth of luxury items, including Rolex watches, from an Airbnb rental while she was in Indio during the 2025 Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival.
Beverly Hills police arrested Adva Lavie, 29, on Tuesday, July 28, based on a felony warrant related to two grand theft investigations in Indio, the Indio Police Department said on Thursday, July 30. Two victims reported their property was stolen after they spent time with Lavie at the same Airbnb home in the 43-000 block of Spiaggia Place on April 12, 2025.
Prior to this arrest, Lavie was already facing charges of stealing from men she met through dating apps, according to the Los Angeles Times. The two victims of theft in Indio met Lavie through social connections, the police department said.
The police department said the first victim claimed Lavie had initially identified herself as “Mia Ventura” and stole items valued at about $25,000 after they shared a room together at the Airbnb. One of the items was a Rolex watch. But the Riverside County District Attorney’s office did not file charges at the time due to there not being enough evidence.
Another victim reported that a Rolex worth about $8,600, Louis Vuitton sunglasses worth about $700 and a Louis Vuitton card holder worth about $1,800 were all stolen. The police department said detectives found home surveillance video that allegedly shows Lavie stealing the second victim’s items from his Tesla.
In April 2026, Lavie was charged in Riverside County Superior Court with one felony count of grand theft related to an incident that happened April 12, 2025, according to an official online court record.
Lavie was being held in a Los Angeles County jail without bail, Los Angeles County sheriff records show.
