A pair of high-level Michigan State hockey prospects are heading to the Calgary Flames development camp. Cullen Potter and Jack Hextall will be attending the Flames camp, both looking to make their mark on the franchises decision makers.
Potter, a first round pick of the Flames in 2025, is transferring to Michigan State after two seasons with Arizona State. The one time MSU commit is circling back to the place that he initially was going to play his college hockey. Hextall was the Flames 2026 first round pick, and will also be heading to East Lansing this fall.
The Spartans, now possessing two of the Flames last two first round picks, there will be a lot of eyes from MSU on the Calgary camp this week.
