Summer is when Palm Beach County dining softens just enough to make some of its most sought-after tables feel within reach.
These are the deals on my must-go/return-to calendar, not because they’re cheap, but because they deliver!
New prix fixe menus and extended happy hours create openings to try places that might otherwise feel like a commitment.
From polished dining rooms to waterfront lounges and chef-driven kitchens, each offers a way to eat well for less without lowering expectations.
Think of it as a starting point for reservations that are usually harder to justify and easier to enjoy right now.
Of note, prices below do not include tax or gratuity unless otherwise noted. Restaurants are listed alphabetically.
Amrit Ocean Resort, Singer Island
If you’re looking to make a day of it, this is one of the more compelling summer setups around. After spending a day here anonymously on my own dime here last summer via ResortPass, I can say it delivers. Amrit is offering 15% off group dining at Ayre by Karma and Tula, plus half off food and drinks during Golden Hour at Taaza (3 to 5 p.m.) and Harmony Hour at Lala (4 to 6 p.m.). Even the smaller perks like $3 collagen smoothie boosts at Jeevi Café add up if you plan to stay awhile.

The Blue Door, West Palm Beach
On Sundays, $89 feeds four with a whole roasted organic chicken, a generous pile of beef tallow fries and the restaurant’s signature green salad. It’s the kind of meal that turns into a table moment, simple on paper but deeply satisfying once it lands.

Café L’Europe, Palm Beach
At a restaurant where dinner easily climbs into triple digits, L’Europe’s summer three-course prix fixe quietly rewrites the math. For $78 per person, patrons can build a three-course meal that hits the greatest hits of classic French cooking; think burgundy escargots to start, followed by salmon en papillote with Riesling beurre blanc. Desserts lean seasonal, from warm nectarine crumble to a strawberry mascarpone tart.
Here’s the move savvy regulars are making: Go earlier in the day. A newly rolled-out weekend brunch menu delivers many of the same indulgences at lower price points: steak frites for $49, a café burger with fries for $32, even mussels with frites for $32. It’s a more relaxed way into the dining room, with less commitment but plenty of payoff.

Ela Curry & Cocktails in Palm Beach Gardens
This one feels like a loophole, especially for a newly recommended Michelin Guide restaurant. From 3 to 6 p.m. daily, patrons can score a full meal and a cocktail for $20, choosing from butter chicken, paneer masala or shrimp Malvani, plus a drink like the Bollywood Old Fashioned. It comes with rice, daal and naan, making it one of the most complete deals around.

The House Kitchen & Bar in West Palm Beach
This deal rewards anyone willing to keep an eye on the calendar. From June through August, The House rotates weekly food and drink specials alongside a happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m., Wednesday to Sunday, with small plates priced from $4 to $10, plus cocktails around $10. The deals change often, but that’s part of the draw.

Kasumi in Boca Raton
This is one of the rare happy hours that works for people like me who don’t leave the office at 4 p.m. Offered from 5 to 7 p.m. weekdays, it gives patrons a real shot at waterfront sushi without the usual splurge. Thursdays bring Tokyo nights, a $65 girls’ night out with a martini tree that sounds so fun and a nine-piece sushi bento box.

LĪLA in Tequesta
Chef Sunny Oh continues to give people a reason to come back. This summer, his three-course menu priced at $49 lets patrons choose from dishes like tuna tartare, tenderloin medallions and gelato, while cocktails are half off all night. It’s an easy way to settle in and still feel like you got away with something.

Nicholson Muir in Boynton Beach
This is where a prix fixe still feels like a thoughtful way to spend a late afternoon. The $45 “Taste of Summer” menu from 4 to 5 p.m. lets patrons build a three-course meal with options like beef empanadas, pork tenderloin and the restaurant’s chocolate chip cookies, known from its Michelin recognition, with upgrades available if you want to lean in. Chef-proprietor James Muir’s Argentine roots show up in the details, and the experience keeps evolving, from new dishes to a playful cocktail cart a la Pan Am.

SeaHawk Prime by David Burke in Lake Park
For a restaurant this new and high-profile, the pricing is surprisingly approachable. This summer, SeaHawk Prime is offering three-course menus priced at $48 or $70, giving patrons a choice of land or sea before finishing with dessert. The chicken on the $48 menu is a standout, especially paired with oysters to start. It’s an easy way to see what David Burke is doing without committing to the full experience.
