Jidon Armani Adams, known as JiDion online, was arraigned Tuesday in 33rd District Court in Woodhaven, according to court records.

He is charged with two misdemeanors: a count of breach of peace and a count of stalking, records said.

A judge set his bond at $10,000 and scheduled his next court hearing for July 13.

If convicted, he faces up to 93 days in jail for disturbing the peace. He also faces up to a year in jail or a fine of up to $1,000 for stalking.

His attorney, Jeffrey Michael Perlman, was not immediately available for comment on Wednesday.

Media reports said Adams was arrested Monday while livestreaming outside of a Woodhaven McDonald’s restaurant.

Woodhaven police said officers were called at about 3:15 p.m. to the restaurant at 22172 West Road near Interstate 75 for a complaint about a large crowd gathering in and around the building.

Officers arrived and found the crowd was at the business “to confront a third party with whom they believe had been ‘squatting’ illegally in a residence located within the city of Woodhave,” they said in a Tuesday statement.

Authorities also said the crowd’s response was prompted by a social media post a relative of the alleged squatter made.

Three men were arrested without incident for disturbing the peace, officials said. A fourth was arrested for disturbing the peace and stalking, according to authorities.

All four men were booked and held overnight at the Woodhaven Police Department, investigators said.
