Des Moines police are requesting assistance in searching for a missing teenage girl who may be in crisis.
Faith, 15, was last seen voluntarily leaving her home on the southeast side of Des Moines around 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, according to a news release from police spokesperson Sgt. Paul Parizek.
She is without needed medication and believed to be in crisis, Parizek said. Police say she may try to travel outside of the Des Moines area.
Faith is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair and braces, according to the news release.
If you see or believe you have seen Faith, call 911.
