Florida roads ranked among the deadliest for motorcycle riders

Two highways that run through the Treasure Coast, U.S. 1 and Interstate 95, were ranked among the deadliest roads in the United States for motorcycle riders, according to Allen Law Firm.

The personal injury law firm compiled data from 2019-2024 from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Fatality Analysis Reporting System. The study analyzed motorcycle rider fatalities from 2019 to 2024.

Eight of the top 10 roads on the list are in Florida, the other two are in California. Florida ranked No. 7 for deadliest states for motorcycles, with a rate of 57.4 rider fatalities per 10,000 registered motorcycles, according to the study.
