Fresh from opening a store on the West Coast of Florida, Sprouts Farmers Market will soon have another location in the central part of the state.
The specialty grocer added a Naples site in Collier County on May 15, and a Lecanto, Florida, location near Homosassa Springs in Citrus County with a grand opening on May 29. The next Sprouts Farmers Market will open its doors June 12, 2026, in Lake Nona on Narcoossee Road, near Orlando International Airport.
Like its name suggests, Sprouts puts a lot of emphasis on fresh produce and items one might find in a farmers market. According to its site, guests can bring reusable containers “when purchasing bulk or produce products.” And at most locations, reusable cloth bulk bags, mesh produce bags and glass containers are available for sale.
With 63 stores in the Sunshine State, the specialty market has expanded its footprint as one of the largest and fastest-growing specialty retailers of fresh, natural and organic food in the U.S.
Sprouts operates almost 500 stores in 25 states, and employs about 36,000 workers coast-to-coast.

Sprouts Farmers Market, 10013 Eagle Creek Sanctuary Blvd., Lake Nona, Florida, will host a ribbon-cutting at 6:45 a.m. Friday, June 12, 2026, with doors opening at 7 a.m. The store plans activities and giveaways that weekend through Sunday, June 14. The first 200 shoppers on Friday and Saturday, June 13, will receive a free reusable tote, a news release states, and the first 400 guests on Friday will receive a free long stem rose courtesy of Falcon Farms Floral. There will be sample products throughout the Sprouts store.
