Users are taking to social media to complain Instacart was down this morning.
Some people on X were asking if others were locked out. One person said the app required a mandatory update, but then locked them out. Others said their account was down and was asking for an update.
Instacart responded to some comments.
“Hi there! We’d like to take a closer look at what happened here. Please DM us @InstacartHelp! We’ll be able to help more there,” the company said.
According to Downdetector, users began complaining about the app shortly after 3 a.m., June 2. The number of complaints has climbed steadily since then, with more than 300 reports of problems by 6 a.m.
The number of complaints by users had dropped substantially by 8 a.m., according to Down Detector.
Users report problems with Instacart
Shortly after 3 a.m., Downdetector started receiving reports from users having problems using Instacart.
The number of complaints has been sharply increasing in the early-morning hours, reaching 402 by 6:30 a.m.
As of 7 a.m., that number is down to 27 reports.

Residents ordered more ice cream scoopers, kettlebells, headphone accessories, vinyl flooringand windows more than any other state.
