JACKSON TWP. – Old Navy is expected to open this July next to Five Below in Belden Park Crossings, a shopping plaza owned by Stark Enterprises.
“At this time, we can share that we are excited to welcome Old Navy to Belden Park Crossings, and we believe the addition further strengthens the center’s retail mix and continued momentum within the market,” Stacie Schmidt, vice president of marketing for Stark Enterprises, said in a prepared statement.
Schmidt said that Old Navy plans to open the store toward the end of July. It will employ about 60 people.
Old Navy representatives did not return messages seeking comment. In January 2025, the company closed its store at The Strip.
Stark Enterprises is a real estate development company headquartered in Cleveland that owns Belden Park Crossings, at 5496 Dressler Road NW, and The Strip in Jackson Township.
The former Joann Fabrics space in the retail plaza also has a sign indicating that a new tenant will be coming soon. Schmidt said that Stark Enterprises was “in discussions regarding the future tenancy” but declined to disclose details.
“We’re also excited about another great addition coming soon to the center and look forward to sharing more details once finalized,” she said.
