Break out your best pink attire and get ready to party for a great cause on June 6 when The Richmond/Ermet Aid Foundation and Robert Ayanian present House Party PS: Pink Saturday 4, benefiting Mizell Center’s Meals on Wheels Program.
This fourth annual celebration of all things pink will feature local drag icon Bella da Ball as emcee with DJ Galaxy, Steve Knill, Keisha D and Sheri Ray Parker providing entertainment.
Enjoy an open bar and tasty appetizers while helping to feed locals in need. You might even win a prize for the best “pretty in pink” outfit.
Mizell is the only Meals on Wheels provider in the Coachella Valley. The nonprofit prepares, serves and delivers approximately 700 nutritious meals each weekday to homebound seniors and dining sites at five senior centers in the valley. Delivery routes span from Whitewater to the Salton Sea. Each weekday, Mizell serves more than 100 individuals for lunch in its dining room, providing a freshly prepared, nutritious meal in a social, community-based environment.
