Mother’s Day Brunch at Terra & Acqua
Terra & Acqua offers authentic Italian cuisine in America’s oldest city.
Owned and operated by Simone Parisi, the hidden gem at 134 Sea Grove Main St. along Anastasia Island’s A1A touts a menu of handmade classic Italian lunch and dinner foods.
Homemade pasta, locally sourced seafood and meats, wood-fired oven pizzas and robust Italian wines showcase Parisi’s desire to share the fresh coastal fare of his Tuscan homeland with St. Augustine’s flip-flop crowd and residents, be it for large family events or intimate date nights.
Terra & Acqua’s regular menu will be served, however, they’re opening up at noon and will stop taking reservations at 8:30 p.m.
Mother’s Day Brunch at Michael’s
Last year, Chef Michael Lugo moved his acclaimed restaurant, Michael’s, from downtown St. Augustine to the Hyatt Place in Vilano Beach after serving customers on Cuna Street for almost 20 years. Lugo’s relocation stemmed from his desire to offer high-quality cuisine to the residents, not just tourists within America’s oldest city,
Lugo expanded the dining area and added an award-winning wine list dubbed with a prestigious Best of Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator Magazine and a grand piano with live performances. The new location fuses a classic steakhouse with a modern coastal tone of elegance.
Michael’s Mother’s Day Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will include chef-attended carving stations, an assortment of cocktails and a live piano performance.
The brunch is $75 for adults and $25 for children younger than 10. Reservations are requested. Call 904-810-2400. Click here for more information.
