MIAMI GARDENS — The Miami Dolphins selected Pittsburgh linebacker Kyle Louis with their second of two picks in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.
Louis, originally from East Orange, N.J., is 5-11 7/8 and 220 pounds.
Kyle Louis scouting report
Louis was second-team All-ACC last season.
He started 11 games and had 81 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, three sacks, two interceptions, three pass break-ups and a forced fumble.
In 2024, he made the Associated Press’ All-America second team. He led Pittsburgh with 15.5 tackles for loss. He also had seven sacks and four interceptions, returning one for a touchdown, and blocked an extra point and returned it for two points vs. Toledo.
How Kyle Louis fits with Dolphins
The linebacker room is shaping up. The Dolphins went in with Jordyn Brooks and Tyrel Dodson, added Jacob Rodriguez on Day 2 of the draft and now have Louis.
Miami’s long-range vision would be with Rodriguez and Louis at LB.
