“Well-positioned waterfront properties continue to attract buyers, and with limited inventory available, we are seeing strong activity and pricing at this level.”

Located within the Estates section of Marco Island, the residence was built in 2020 and spans more than 7,200 square feet of air-conditioned living space. It features six bedrooms, eight-and-a-half baths, a private study and a theater room, with “expansive living areas oriented toward panoramic views of Caxambas Pass and the Gulf of Mexico.”

The property sits on a one-half acre with 125 feet of direct waterfront.

$570,000 supports families battling cancer

Sporting For A Cure raised over $570,000 during its sold-out March 28 event at The Club at Olde Cypress, advancing Amber’s Antibodies’ mission to support Southwest Florida families battling cancer and fund research.

The 17th annual Sporting For A Cure brought together 224 attendees for a high-energy, tailgate-style evening focused on philanthropy and community connection. Guests dressed in jeans and jerseys filled the The Club at Olde Cypress, participating in a silent auction, live auction, and shared dining experience that underscored the organization’s grassroots spirit and growing regional impact.

The event highlighted the tangible outcomes of Amber’s Antibodies’ Financial Support Initiative (FSI), which provides direct financial assistance to families navigating the high costs of cancer care. Since its founding, the organization has delivered more than $1.7 million to over 1,200 local families and contributed more than $230,000 to cancer research efforts.

“Amber’s Antibodies helped cover the cost of a new cancer trial that ultimately stopped my tumor from growing and saved my life,” said Zeke Newberry. “That support gave me access to an opportunity I otherwise would not have had.”
