On May 20, 2026, the Housing & Support Services Workgroup, under the St. Clair County Community Services Coordinating Body (CSCB), will host its highly anticipated annual Community Resource Fair. This year’s Fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the St. Clair County Community College (SC4) Fieldhouse located at 400 Erie St. in Port Huron.
The Community Resource Fair is a free, one-day, one-stop event designed to connect individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, housing insecurity, unemployment, food insecurity, financial hardship, and medical or mental health conditions with vital community resources. The 2026 Fair is anticipated to serve more than 750 community members across St. Clair County.
This year’s Fair will feature a mobile food pantry, personal-care items, and giveaways. Many community resource vendors also will be providing support and services such as Michigan Secretary of State’s Mobile Office offering ID services.
“Events like the Community Resource Fair show what’s possible when our campus and community come together with a shared purpose,” said Sarah Rutallie, Chief of Staff at SC4. “We’re proud to help create a space where residents can connect with local organizations, learn about valuable services, and build relationships that strengthen our entire community.”
The success of this event depends on community involvement at all levels. To learn more about how to get involved or for additional information about the Community Resource Fair, please visit www.CSCBinfo.org and follow @SCCCRF on Facebook.
