They learned the man was last seen on Thursday in the Brunswick and Brickyard roads area after his vehicle became disabled.

Investigators said the man called family to tell them where he was and reported having trouble breathing. He later stopped responding to calls and texts, they said.

Troopers found the man’s personal belongings, including his shoes, located along the roadside on Brickyard, according to authorities.

Police deployed aviation and K-9 units to assist in the search. A state police drone located the deceased man, officials said.

Detectives said foul play is not suspected at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
