Lubbock provided an up-close look at several top contenders, including linebacker Jacob Rodriguez, who has perfected the art of punching the ball out of ballcarriers’ hands, and edge rusher Romello Height, who the team has scheduled another in-person visit with back in Frisco. Staying with defensive ends, is Myles Garrett back on the trade block? He has Dallas trading up to get Texas Tech’s David Bailey at No. 6 but giving up a lot to get him… and then using their 20th overall pick on a wide receiver.
