Spring is full of holidays, including many that revolve around family and community.

Easter Sunday is one of them, and it’s coming up in about 2 1/2 weeks on April 5. If you’re hoping to go out to eat with your group, it’s best to make plans now.

Many large restaurants, banquet halls and hotels are offering brunch and lunch buffet spreads for the holiday. Even if you’re not attracted by the all-you-can-eat and and inclusive pricing, buffets can be good options because the service is streamlined and they usually have something for everyone, especially kids.

Below is your guide to Easter 2026 dining, whether it’s a buffet, plated brunch or just a good option for a large group to sit down for a meal. All info is for Sunday, April 5.

Presley’s: The flagship restaurant inside the David Whitney Hotel in downtown Detroit, Presley’s Peter Rabbit Easter brunch buffet has brunch cuisine with a coffee and juice bar, plus activities for kids. Medusa Cucina Siciliana: From the team behind popular Midtown restaurant SheWolf comes Medusa, which specializes in the cuisine of Sicily.
