Where Iowa State basketball stands in NCAA Tournament bracketology

With the Big 12 Tournament set to tip off this week, there are still several high-profile resume-building opportunities for Iowa State men’s basketball.

Once the 16-team conference tournament gets down to eight teams, every game from the quarterfinals until the championship game should be a heavyweight battle.

Iowa State enters with a 25-6 overall record and a 12-6 finish in Big 12 play.

As a result of the loaded Big 12 Tournament and other conference tournaments, plenty can still change with bracketology from now until Selection Sunday on March 15, but as of Monday morning (March 9) here is where experts are projecting Iowa State to land in the NCAA Tournament field of 68:
