The Iowa Hawkeyes may have fallen to the UCLA Bruins in the Big Ten Tournament title game, but that one loss is not cause for concern over where they stand in the NCAA Tournament. The Hawkeyes beat Michigan and Illinois in the tournament to cement their position in the tournament.
Iowa, which has been a No. 2 seed in most bracketology projections for some time, retained that position in the latest ESPN bracketology following the Big Ten Tournament. That means the Hawkeyes would host first- and second-round games at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
