Headliners and supporting musical acts that will take the KeyBank Center Stage have been announced for the 128th Rochester Lilac Festival.
The festival will be Friday, May 8 through Sunday, May 17. Each year, more than 500,000 visitors come from across Western and Upstate New York, the tri-state area and Canada.
Jenny LoMaglio, executive producer of the Rochester Lilac Festival, said in a statement that she hopes this year’s lineup gives the community plenty of reasons to come back throughout the festival and enjoy 10 days of live music among the lilacs.
“Programming the music for the Lilac Festival is one of our favorite parts of this work, because every night is a chance for people to see an artist they love, stumble onto something unexpected, or simply jam out with friends,” LoMaglio said.
Live music will run from open to close each day, featuring a variety of community showcases, regional talent and national touring acts.
Nearly 60 performances planned across 10‑day festival
The 10-day event will feature nearly 60 musical performances at the KeyBank Center Stage. All headline performances will include ASL interpretation. Here is a list of the headliners and direct support performers:
A full list of live music beyond the headliners will be released in March. For more information about this year’s festival visit www.roclilacfest.com.
