Activist investor Ancora pushes Warner Bros to walk away from Netflix deal, WSJ reports

Feb 10 (Reuters) – Activist investor Ancora Holdings has built a roughly $200 million stake in Warner Bros Discovery and plans to oppose Warner’s deal to sell its prized TV and film assets to Netflix, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
