WEST LAFAYETTE − The timetable for players to enter the transfer portal closed, but Purdue football is still seeking unsigned players who can benefit the Boilermakers.
The latest is former Georgia defensive end Elo Modozie.
Modozie parlayed a productive 2024 season at Army, where he had eight tackles for loss and 6.5 sacks among his 34 total tackles, into joining the Georgia Bulldogs in 2025.
Modozie had seven tackles in 13 games last season. He joins CJ Madden as former Georgia defensive ends on Purdue’s roster. Madden is entering his third season with the Boilermakers and was a team captain in 2025.
