Myles Turner says 'favorite memory of 2025' was 'joining the Milwaukee community'

Milwaukeeans, get ready to say “Awwwwww.”

Myles Turner said his “favorite memory of 2025” was “joining the Milwaukee community.”

Turner and a handful of his Milwaukee Bucks teammates, including superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, shared their top 2025 memories in a video the organization posted to Instagram Jan. 4.

Antetokounmpo gave two: One personal, one professional.

The first was awww-worthy as well. “The birth of my daughter,” he said in the video. Last spring, Giannis and his wife, Mariah, announced on Instagram the birth of Aria Capri – their fourth child and second daughter.

Antetokounmpo followed that up with: “The game winner against the Indiana Pacers.”

While it’s relatively rare to see an NBA buzzer-beater in classic fashion, Antetokounmpo hit a turnaround buzzer-beater against the Indiana Pacers on Nov. 3, lifting his team to an emotional 117-115 victory. The rivalry is alive and well, my friends.

Cole Anthony’s 2025 highlights included “signing with the Bucks” and visiting Japan over the summer.

AJ Green’s also involved travel.

“When I went to Bhutan this summer,” he said in the video. “That was my favorite.”

On Bucks media day at the end of September, Green told the Journal Sentinel that he went to Bhutan on a mission/basketball trip to “tell people about Jesus.”

Amir Coffey said his was “waking up every day healthy.” Kevin Porter Jr.’s was getting married.

While Kyle Kuzma and Ryan Rollins – who were also featured in the video – had a lot of memories from the past year, they didn’t get into specifics.

The Bucks are 16-20, with their most-recent game being a 115-98 victory over the Sacramento Kings on Jan. 4 at the Golden 1 Center. Their next game is also away, on Jan. 7, against the Golden State Warriors.
