While Golden State Warriors fans are used to epic shooting performances from beyond the arc from Steph Curry, on Sunday night in the Big Easy, it was Moses Moody showing off his long-distance shooting.
In the first quarter alone, Moody came out scorching, knocking down seven triples against the Pelicans. After the opening 12 minutes of the game, Moody tallied 21 points on 7-of-8 shooting from deep. With seven 3-pointers in the first quarter, Moody joined elite company. Along with Curry and Klay Thompson, Moody became only the third player in Golden State franchise history to hit seven 3-pointers in a single quarter.
