First place in the NFC West is on the line today with the Los Angeles Rams and Seattle Seahawks, both 7-2, squaring off at SoFi Stadium. It’s the biggest game of the season for both teams and will go a long way toward determining not only the division champion, but potentially the No. 1 seed in the conference.
They’ve each won four games in a row, all by at least eight points, and have looked like the two best teams in the NFC all season. With no major weaknesses and star players all over the field, this is sure to be a great battle between two rivals.
Here are the latest odds and our final score prediction for today’s battle.

Rams vs. Seahawks predictions, picks for NFL Week 11
Rams 28, Seahawks 24: It’s hard to discern which has been the better team this season because they’ve both had dominant stretches, as well as gut-wrenching losses. The Rams could easily be 9-0 if not for blocked field goals and a goal line fumble, but they are what their record says: 7-2.
In order for the Rams to win today, they must make Sam Darnold uncomfortable. They have to make him hold the football because if he’s getting it out quickly and hitting his first read, the Rams could be in for a long day. If the corners can lock down the receivers for a few seconds and force Darnold to go through his progressions, Jared Verse, Byron Young and the pass rush can get home.
The Rams have the offense to put up points in bunches, as we’ve seen in the last three weeks with them scoring at least 34 points in each one. But this is arguably the best defense they’ve faced all season, with waves of pass rushers being sent at Matthew Stafford. He’s excellent against the blitz, but can he pick apart a defense that rarely sends extra rushers? We’ll bet he can.
Los Angeles will come away with a close, tough win over its rival, taking over first place in the NFC West.
