Where to vote in El Paso County in 2025 Texas constitutional amendments, local elections

Voters across Texas are gearing up to hit the polls.

Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 4, and among the most anticipated issues on the ballot are 17 constitutional amendments that Texas voters are being asked to enshrine into law. The propositions range a from tax cuts and funding to water infrastructure and voting rights.

While there are no races in the city of El Paso this go-round, a number of county races will appear on the ballot in Horizon, Socorro, Tornillo, Vinton and Clint.

During El Paso’s early voting period, turnout was sluggish at 4.67% with only 24,202 of the county’s 518,387 registered voters turning out to cast ballots. With no high-profile races on the ballot, Election Day numbers will likely follow suit.
