By The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343
The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 represented by Lodge Secretary, Gregory C. Hudy PDDGER, Lodge Treasurer Joe Miller, and Scott R. Harris DDGER, ENF Chairman & Grant writer had the pleasure of presenting the 2025-2026 ENF-CIP $2,000.00 Spotlight Grant on Friday, September 19th to Valorie Hudgens, Executive Director of the Arc of St. Clair County. Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 has partnered with the Arc of St. Clair County while providing financial aid, membership volunteers, assisting with providing life skills, living independence, quality of life to those mentally and/or physically impaired to seek an independent lifestyle.
All this is done while supporting the staff in maintaining the facility, organizing events, and assisting with the challenges and care of the mentally and/or physically impaired. The Port Huron Elks Lodge 343 and its membership team up with The Arc of SCC program. Just a few of our many examples are through The Arc annual golf fundraiser, dance for I/DD individuals, the annual special needs Christmas party for children and adults, the annual Christmas Arts and Craft show and many other Fundraisers for the agencies who support I/DD individuals in housing, mental health services, and support workers to maintain inclusive living.
