CLEVELAND — Joe Flacco was back in front of the home fans Sept. 21 as the Browns played host to the Green Bay Packers.
Flacco was solid in his first start this season in Cleveland, in the season opener, a 17-16 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals. Things were much different when the Browns went on the road in Week 2 and lost 41-17 to the Baltimore Ravens.
