PEORIA – Lit & Loaded is “Now Open!”
The restaurant shared the news in a Sept. 17 Facebook post. The page – which was formerly for The Fry Spot – announced its rebranding in early August.

Where is Lit & Loaded located?
The storefront is situated at 3127 N. Prospect Road – which once housed The Fry Spot.
When are the hours of operation?
Lit & Loaded is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, according to a Facebook comment from the business.
What’s on the menu?
Customers can find loaded fries and other entrees at Lit & Loaded.
This includes the Jook Box, which ranges from $22 to $36. The meal combines grilled or fried seafood, turkey sausage, corn and white rice.
Creole alfredo, rasta pasta, shrimp and sausage alfredo, craw daddy and salmon alfredo are some of the other available entrees.
For loaded options, the menu features items such as:
The Spot Box – available for $35 – allows customers to combine four loaded fries excluding the jerk chicken, Nashville chicken and tips options.
