Drake men's basketball lands commitment from Oklahoma center Miles Flemons

Drake men’s basketball added a commitment to its 2026 recruiting class on Sept. 15.

Miles Flemons – a 6-foot-7, 255-pound center – out of Tulsa, Oklahoma, announced his commitment to the Bulldogs on social media. He is ranked as the No. 4 player in the state, the No. 36 center in the nation and is a top-300 player in the country, according to 247Sports Composite.

Flemons chose Drake over offers from Bradley, Central Arkansas, Florida Gulf Coast, Indiana State, Missouri State, Montana State, Omaha and Toledo.

He helped Union High School to a 30-3 overall record and a 14-1 record against district competition during the 2024-25 season. Union made it to the 6A championship game, where Flemons’ team fell to Deer Creek, 78-69. It marked the first time since 2014 that Union made it to the title game.

Flemons is the second player to commit to Eric Henderson’s 2026 recruiting class. He joins 6-foot-6 small forward Dothan Ijadimbola out of Totino-Grace in Minnesota.
