Eastview Mall in Victor is adding four tenants, mall owner Wilmorite recently announced: Urban Planet, Lolli and Pops, Below Zero Spa and Swarovski.
All of them will be the only locations in the Rochester market, and three will be firsts for New York state.
∎ Toronto-based Urban Planet will open before the 2025 holiday season in a 15,080-square-foot space in the Von Maur wing, across from Andy’s Candies and Lids. The Canadian retailer sells fashions, footwear and accessories for people ages 16 to 24.
∎ Founded in San Francisco and based in Denver, candy store chain Lolli and Pops will open a 2,400-square-foot location this fall in the Dick’s wing, next to Hannoush Jewelers.
∎ A locally owned Below Zero Spa franchise will open this summer in a 2,921-square-foot storefront in the Von Maur Wing, across from The Source. The spa offers non-surgical facial and body treatments using cold therapy.
∎ Previous tenant Swarovski, specializing in crystal jewelry, watches, accessories, decorations and gifts, will return to the mall this fall in an 817-square-foot space near the center court, between Janie & Jack and Kay Jewelers.
Meanwhile, Aur Society, a women’s clothing store, opened earlier this month in a 6,502-square-foot space in the main court, next to LUSH. It is the Alabama-based company’s only location in the Northeast and its third in the nation.
And a space for Fries Fries Fries, which serves French fries, poutine and hot dogs, is being prepared in the mall’s food court between Famous Wok and Pita Chik. Its original location is at Destiny USA near Syracuse.
The Eastview food court’s Subway sandwich shop has closed.
