Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown is as reliable as they come on the field, but also as a fantasy football cornerstone.
St. Brown finished as WR3 in 2024, average 18.6 points per game in PPR leagues. He’s the only player in the league with 105 catches in each of the last three seasons, and is coming off of a career high of 12 touchdowns.

The only questions for St. Brown heading into the 2025 season are the changes to the team around him. New offensive coordinator John Morton may not be changing the style of the offense much, but nobody is expecting an exact replica of Ben Johnson.
In addition, changes to the offensive line could put quarterback Jared Goff under pressure, either forcing the ball out faster or keeping the ball out of St. Brown’s hands altogether. The stiff competition on the Lions’ schedule this season is likely to mean they’ll have a few fewer blowouts than they got away with last year.

Despite those factors that are out of his control, St. Brown is a surefire first-round pick in fantasy football drafts in 2025, falling behind only Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson, and occasionally CeeDee Lamb, Malik Nabers, and Puka Nacua in most mock drafts.
